All units offer utilities include with a Cap Applied*:
- A cap is paid on utilities and tenants pay any overages after the cap is met. Residents pay the balance beyond the cap.
- Utilities include electric, water and sewer. Trash is paid by the company.
- Parking available at all apartments and is included for all residents.
- Online Payments available for Rent and Utility Overages.

For our renter’s convenience, each month our staff will scan and post each utility bill up on our website for information and verification of current charges. Please see the attached utility bills if you have any questions regarding your bills:
How to pay your Utilities Online:
- Locate your Username and Password for Rent Manager.
- If you lost your login for Rent Manager, please call or email our office during business hours: (859) 624-3545 or firstname.lastname@example.org
- Click red button below and enter username & password.
- Click link “View Utility Bill”
- Open the pdf and find your utility bill which is in order of address.
