Services Questions
We do offer virtual walkthroughs of each unit type on our website. You can always call the office to see if there are any vacant units available to view in person. If so, you may come to the office with a valid photo ID to leave with a leasing agent while you view.
No, we are unable to hold a vacant apartment. You are welcome to begin leasing the apartment available now or reach out closer to the time you are ready to move. We suggest 30-45 days before you are ready so we can select from our upcoming availability for your time frame.
We offer 24 hour Emergency Maintenance when issues arise.

Foxglove does offer a lease break option if the situation does arise. If you are required to vacate your
apartment prior to the fulfillment of your lease, you will be charged an early cancellation fee (equal to
one months rent) and forfeit of the deposit.

Once you have completed your 12-month lease, it reverts to a month-to-month contract. Even with a month-to-month lease, we still do require a written 30-day notice to vacate.
You are welcome to renew your lease for another year without paying a 5% increase for a month-to-month contract. If you move out without giving a 30-Day notice, you will then forfeit your deposit.
All unit types are central/HVAC units.

Yes, renters insurance is a requirement to rent. We have a company we are partnered with that we can enroll you into for $15.00 a month or you can obtain your own outsourced agent.
The Security Deposit Amount is the same as the rental amount. The Security Deposit does not county as first months rent. The deposit sticks with your account until the unit is vacated by all parties on the lease.
Our set market rent is based off a 12 month lease term, but do offer a 6 month lease term with a $50.00 increase on your rent per month. All leases will automatically roll in to month-to-month term with a 10% increase if the resident does not re-sign a new lease after their current 6 or 12 month lease has expired.
Foxglove Management requires a $60.00 Application fee for all residents living in the unit over the age of 18. This cost covers the necessary background and credit checks.

This is when you decide to rent an apartment that’s on a 30-Day notice sight unseen by paying the Security Deposit to secure that unit. Once the current resident of that unit is vacated, we will get it move in ready for your move-in ready. It typically takes us 5-7 business days to get a unit ready for your move-in.
