Founded
In the 1970s, Allen Douglas Grant Sr. embarked on a pioneering journey that would
shape the future of Madison County’s housing landscape. Renowned for his innovative
contributions to multi-family housing and various other ventures, Allen leveraged his
extensive experience in the construction industry to establish a legacy. His commitment
to excellence in building and managing apartment complexes laid the foundation for what is now Foxglove Management.
Growth
As Foxglove Management flourished, Allen, affectionately known as A.D., was eager to
pass on his expertise to his family. He invited his daughter, Becky Chenault, to join him in managing his then 70-unit portfolio. Their collaborative efforts marked the beginning of a partnership that continues to this day, with Becky serving as one of the managing partners at Foxglove Management. A.D. placed immense value on family, frequently sharing his aspirations with his children—Virgil, Becky, Allen, and Tim—hoping they would preserve and enhance the legacy he had built for future generations.
Legacy
With the success of Foxglove Management firmly established, A.D. was dedicated to ensuring that the business not only sustained its growth but thrived. His vision for the company was to continually surpass expectations, leaving an enduring legacy for his family and future generations to uphold. A.D.’s children, Virgil, Becky, Allen and Tim are opening a brand new 500 multi family gated community in 2024 in hopes of reaching and fulfilling their Father, A.D.’s Vision.
